We’ll start the day with a wonderful vegetable picking experience right from the farm’s own garden. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the land and understand the importance of fresh ingredients in authentic Tuscan cuisine.
Our skilled chef will guide you through the preparation of delicious bruschettas, using freshly harvested seasonal produce. Then, we’ll dive into the magic of fresh pasta, with two delightfully crafted variations, all seasoned with seasonal ingredients that capture the distinctive flavors of Tuscany.
To conclude this unforgettable culinary journey, you’ll savor an authentic Tuscan dessert, prepared with love and expertise. We will all have lunch together, savoring our culinary creations. Each dish will be carefully paired with premium wines from the region, enhancing the flavors to make your meal a complete sensory experience.
At the end of the course you will receive a Tuscan cuisine recipe book to recreate the dishes at home.

If you don’t have a car we can organize round trip transportation on request from Colle di val d’elsa area at a cost of 30 euros. From San Gimignano and Poggibonsi area at a cost of 50 euros. From Siena at the cost of 80 euros.
